At Coached, you don’t just join a gym, you enter a coaching process.

Every new member starts with our 6-week Foundational phase. This begins with a short discovery call and a group movement screen so we can understand your goals, your history, and how your body moves. From there, you’ll train in our Coached Foundational sessions — small, coached groups focused on building confidence, improving movement, and creating strong foundations for long-term progress.

During your Foundational phase, we guide you into the right sessions for your level, gradually introducing you to our full timetable when you’re ready. This means you’re never thrown into the deep end, never left guessing, and never training without a plan.

Once your foundation is built, you move into one of our ongoing memberships and become part of the wider Coached community.
