SOL GILBERT — FOUNDER
32 years coaching experience.
Former professional boxer and British & European MMA champion who built his coaching career long before fitness became trendy online.
Sol opened ZT Fight Skool in 2003 — one of the UK’s early MMA gyms — before most people even knew what MMA was. Since then he has coached everyone from professional fighters and athletes to complete beginners trying to rebuild confidence and control of their health.
Today, Sol owns three Underground Gym facilities across Portslade, Newhaven and Tunbridge Wells, alongside building Coached into a premium coaching and longevity-focused facility for adults 35+.
His coaching style is direct, honest and accountability-driven.
No gimmicks.
No “12-week shred” nonsense.
No fake motivation.
Just years of understanding how people really change, why most programmes fail and how to build systems that actually stick.
As a Level 4 Nutritionalist, Sol also oversees food diary accountability nutrition coaching habit correction lifestyle structure long-term body composition change. Because training hard whilst eating emotionally every weekend isn’t a strategy.

LEAH SAVAGE — HEAD COACH
Leah oversees the day-to-day coaching operation inside Coached.
She manages assessments, onboarding systems, women’s coaching programmes, member progression, accountability structure and one-to-one coaching.
A serious Hyrox athlete herself, Leah combines performance standards with a strong understanding of the pressures normal people are under:
- Careers
- Stress
- Hormones
- Parenting
- Burnout
- Low confidence
She works closely with members inside the Reset Programme alongside the physio and recovery team helping people rebuild physically and mentally without feeling overwhelmed by fitness culture.

LAUREN POTTER — BUILD COACH
Lauren is a Lululemon ambassador with a strong background in strength training and movement-based coaching.
Lauren combines strength training, mobility, bodyweight control, calisthenics, principles and movement efficiency.
Her sessions focus on:
- Movement quality
- Consistency
- Confidence
- Progression
- Attention to detail
Lauren coaches members across the Build Programme and works closely with individuals wanting to improve movement and overall fitness without overcomplicating training.
ALBANIE PRYOR — BUILD COACH
Strength coaching is Albanie’s specialist area.
She works closely with members who want to:
- Move better
- Get stronger
- Improve posture
- Build confidence under load
- Learn proper lifting mechanics
Her coaching focuses heavily on technical movement, quality, progressive overload, safe strength development and long-term progression.
She regularly supports members who feel intimidated by traditional gym environments and helps simplify strength training into something approachable and sustainable.
ETHAN GILBERT - HYBRID PERFORMANCE COACH
Raised in gyms his entire life, Ethen is a former boxer turned Hyrox Pro athlete.
Ethan leads:

- Competition prep
- Advanced conditioning coaching
He works with both complete beginners trying to regain fitness and experienced members wanting higher performance levels.
His coaching focuses heavily on resilience, pacing, movement, quality, discipline and controlled intensity.
GRACE KING - BUILD COACH
Grace combines coaching with studying to become a nurse.
As a competitive Hyrox athlete herself, she understands the importance of consistency, structure and long-term progression.
Inside Coached, Grace works closely with members inside the Build Programme helping them:
- Improve confidence
- Establish routine
- Develop strength safely
- Improve fitness gradually
- Stay accountable
Her coaching style balances support with clear standards and structure.
LENKA THOMPSON — FRONT OF HOUSE & MEMBER EXPERIENCE
Lenka manages memberships, bookings, front-of-house systems, customer service, onboarding support and day-to-day organisation.
She also oversees the smoothie and nutrition bar, supporting members with:

- Shakes
- Recovery products
- General nutrition support
Lenka plays a central role in ensuring the facility runs smoothly and members are looked after operationally.
