Our group sessions run throughout the day and across the week to fit within most lifestyles.

STRENGTH

This session breaks down the main compound movements with a superset to follow. Time to build that muscle and get STRONG!

Deadlift, Bench Press, Squat, Shoulder Press, Pull Up’s! Followed by some heart pumping Finishers. Low reps high weight – Technical based session PB’s are made and bells are rung here.

METCON

This session blends the three modalities – Cyclical, Weightlifting, and Gymnastics into aerobic work.

  1. Cyclical. Movement Examples: Rower, Air Bike, Ski-Erg.
  2. Weight Lifting Movement Examples: Power Clean, Push Press, Wall Ball, Dumbbell Power Snatch
  3. Gymnastics – Handstands, Push Ups, Ring Dips, Pull Ups, Wall Walks.
