What is Strength?
A Strength class at Coached is all about building your muscles and getting STRONG! Each class involves a series of main compound exercises that target your full body, with a mixture of accessory exercises that we add onto the compound exercises to target specific parts of the body and build up your training repertoire. You’ll get the motivational benefits of working out in a group, while still working towards achieving your own personal fitness and strength goals.
What Do You Do in Strength?
In a Coached Strength class, you’ll start with mastering the main compound exercises through a range of weight and bodyweight movements – think full-body basics like squats and push-ups. You’ll then move on to fine-tuning your form with accessory work that builds on your strong foundation. The focus is on building muscle and smashing your PBs!
